Rand & Tuulberg came back: 300 reflectors, three bags, and a bottle of champagne

Rand & Tuulberg came back: 300 reflectors, three bags, and a bottle of champagne

The best compliment a B2B client can give is not “thanks, good job”. The best compliment is coming back.

Rand & Tuulberg came back. For the third time.

Years ago we made sweatshirts for their Rebase 17 completion. In autumn 2025 we built Pima Cotton polo sets with a custom ordering page and personalized packing. Before Christmas they came back again: 300 company-logo reflectors for employees and partners.

300 company-logo reflectors

Blacksunset reflector keychains are one of our core accessory lines. Usually they carry message-based designs. For Rand & Tuulberg we kept the same build quality but switched to their own branding.

The reflector says “RAND & TUULBERG”, so the brand is visible in the one place that really matters in Estonian winter: where safety and visibility are non-negotiable.

At construction sites visibility is not decoration, it is risk control. That is why a branded reflector can be more than a giveaway. It becomes a daily-use tool.

300 pieces is a serious quantity, and every piece follows the same quality standard as our retail line. A giveaway that breaks in two weeks does not represent any company well.

Packaging we designed ourselves

This is where Blacksunset does the part nobody asked for.

300 reflectors need packaging. Most suppliers stop at a random box or bag. It works, but it does not feel intentional.

We made three custom reflector bags with the Rand & Tuulberg logo in reflective print. Nobody requested this directly. We added it because 300 pieces deserved packaging with the same logic as the product itself.

Each bag carried a meaningful portion of the order, so office staff could immediately distribute everything without repacking chaos. Clean system, easy handover.

And the bags stay useful after distribution. The packaging becomes an extra branded product.

Christmas timing and Moet

The order landed right before Christmas. When you pack 300 pieces for a returning client, you do not send just a parcel. You send a gift-level experience.

We labeled the boxes, added a Blacksunset card, and included Moet & Chandon as a thank-you detail.

Champagne is not our product. But this is our approach. Blacksunset B2B is not “product in, invoice out”. It is end-to-end experience where packaging, timing, and small extras all communicate the same message: we value this partnership.

Why clients come back

First order: Rebase 17 sweatshirts proved we understand quality. Second order: Pima polos proved we understand material and fit. Third order: reflectors proved we also handle logistics, timing, and details clients did not have to request.

Three bags nobody asked for. A surprise detail nobody expected. And the feeling that every part was thought through.

That is our B2B promise: we do not sell merch as units. We build a branded experience people remember.

What your company gets

If your company needs reflectors for employees, partners, or event giveaways, we can build them with your logo and your identity and plan the practical distribution side with you.

If you need polos, T-shirts, tote bags, reflectors, or a custom format outside the standard catalog, contact us. We start from a real conversation, not a static price list.
