Most B2B reflector orders are made for employees or partners. KAWE’s order was different.
AS Kawe, one of Estonia’s major real-estate investment groups, ordered custom reflectors for employees’ children as part of Christmas packages.
A small item, but highly personal: a gift that reaches the child and says, “your parent’s workplace cares about you too”.
It is one of the warmest B2B projects we have delivered.

Two-sided and personalized
Each reflector had two sides:
Front: KAWE logo.
Back: child’s name.
That small difference changes everything. A generic branded item is a giveaway. A named item is a gift.
And in Estonia’s dark winter, a reflector for a child is not symbolic. It is safety.
When things go wrong
This is the part most brands do not publish, but we do.
On eight pieces, the reflective layer started separating during use. Most likely a raw-material defect in one section of the source roll.
Eight children received items that did not meet standard. That is not acceptable.
We replaced all eight immediately, with no delay and no defensive excuses. When your product goes to children, the only correct response is fast replacement.
That is a core part of our B2B standard: production issues can happen, but response quality determines trust.
KAWE came back with a thank-you gift
After the order was completed, KAWE sent us a thank-you gift.
Not because we asked. Because they felt well taken care of.
Most B2B relationships are transactional. Order in, delivery out, invoice paid. Sometimes it becomes more than that. That is the best feedback possible.
