Oleksin pidanud koju jääma
You went out anyway. At least your shirt can now say what you are thinking. The Estonian message means “I should have stayed home”, for those with dry humour and a perfectly good plan to stay in.
A familiar thought. A small smile.
A queue that is too long, an event that drags on or a day that goes its own way. “Oleksin pidanud koju jääma” turns that familiar moment into a joke you can wear. You can skip the explanation this time.
Who came to mind straight away?
If reading those words made you picture a friend, you have a gift idea. If you are choosing for yourself, recognising the feeling is enough. Add your usual jeans and go out. Or stay in.
