RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you changed your mind or the size doesn’t fit, you have 14 days from receiving the parcel to return or exchange the product. Below are the steps and conditions.

How to start
1) Fill in the return/exchange form below. If you have issues with the form, email: info@blacksunset.ee
2) Pack the item: in original packaging, tags attached, clean and unworn (as tried on in a store).
3) Send the parcel to us via Omniva.

Conditions at a glance
• 14-day right of withdrawal (from receipt).
• Returned/exchanged item must be clean, unworn and with all original tags attached.
• Custom/personalised items not listed in the regular e-shop selection are generally non-returnable, except in case of defects.
• Exchanges are possible for the same product in a different size (if available).
• If the error is on our side (wrong item/size, defect), we cover the return and reshipping costs.

Costs and refund
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the error is ours.
• We refund within 14 days after receiving the return request and the item / proof of dispatch to us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method/account.
• Delivery fee: refunded in full for full-order returns; for partial returns, refunded proportionally.

For faster processing
• Add your order number and contact details to the parcel.
• For exchanges, note the desired new size in the form; we’ll reserve it when possible.
• In case of a defect, you may add a photo via the form (optional).
