WHAT 14 DAYS REALLY MEANS
You may try it on. Not wear it in.
For an ordinary online purchase, the withdrawal period normally allows you to inspect the product as you could in a shop. The online function records your statement; any exception or diminished value is assessed separately afterwards.
An ordinary Blacksunset product
You may normally withdraw within 14 days when you chose a size, colour or design from the standard online selection. Making the product only after the order does not by itself make it personalised.
Condition of returned goods
A returned product should be unused, unwashed, clean and undamaged. You may try it on only as you could in a shop. Wearing, washing, staining or otherwise using it beyond ordinary inspection may reduce the refund by the proven loss in value. Read the terms of sale
A genuinely personalised special order
The 14-day right may not apply to a product made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you. Selecting only standard options offered by the shop does not automatically create this exception.
A defective or incorrect product
This is not merely a change of mind. You also have statutory remedies for non-conforming goods. Select “Damaged or defective” in the statement or contact support so we can resolve it correctly.
Important: Submitting the statement does not automatically issue a refund or decide whether a statutory exception or diminished value applies. Blacksunset records the statement first and reviews the returned product separately.
