Terms & Conditions
1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the online store Blacksunset.ee (hereinafter: Seller) and the user of the e-shop (hereinafter: Customer) for the purchase, ordering and delivery of goods. The terms apply to all purchases made on www.blacksunset.ee.
2. Nature of Products
Most products are made to order (made-to-order). This means production starts only after the order is placed and paid for. This model helps reduce overproduction and environmental impact.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros (€). Payment can be made securely via supported payment solutions (bank links, credit/debit cards, etc.). An order is considered confirmed after 100% prepayment is received in the Seller’s account or confirmed via the payment gateway.
4. Order Fulfilment and Lead Time
Orders are processed after payment is received and are generally produced and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the product, print method and destination country.
5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out using the method selected by the Customer in the order: parcel locker, courier or another method. Delivery accuracy depends on the correctness of the information provided by the Customer. In case of incorrect data, the Seller is not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Pursuant to Law of Obligations Act § 56 subsection 1, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days from receiving the goods.
- Returned goods must be unused, in the original packaging and undamaged.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer, except where the product was defective or sent in error.
- A return request must be sent by e-mail or submitted via the return form.
Note: As many items are custom-made and production starts immediately after ordering, not all products may be eligible for return (e.g., items designed by the customer), except for defects or other cases provided by law.
7. Claims
The Customer may submit a claim for a product within 2 years of receiving the goods; if a defect appears within 6 months, it is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase. To submit a claim, please contact us by e-mail and include the following:
- Buyer’s name and contact details
- Order number
- Description of the defect (preferably with a photo)
8. Liability & Force Majeure
The Seller is not liable for damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (including third-party failures, supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, etc.).
9. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Data is used solely for fulfilling orders and customer communication. More information: Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved primarily through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Customer may contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) or the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Seller may turn to court if its rights are violated.
